Today you’ll find me in the EU, a short walk from a links golf course that, at one time, was flanked by a railway line. On a road that shares a name with a London rail terminus, I’m around 230 metres from the nearest live horse. The country you’re searching for has a debt-to-GDP ratio of under 50%, and an octogenarian president. The county you’re after has a weapon and a pollex on its coat of arms, and a photograph of a control car on its Wikipedia page.
