Using the following clues (the map above is purely decorative) in combination with Street View, work out my location.
Although Roman, THC’s chief puzzlewright, would be interested to know how long it takes you to solve this solo foxer, he’d rather you didn’t put spoilers or solutions in the comments.
Today, you’ll find me in a country that has a multilingual thirtysomething as a President, and a three-digit even number as a calling code. The nearest foreign country is a 40 minute drive away, and has a photo of a man carrying a Beretta ARX160 on its Wikipedia page. I’m a stone’s throw from a river that’s approximately 100km in length, and roughly 1.5km from the nearest petrol station.
You are probably in the right place if you can see…
- Patched tarmac
- A child’s bike
- A clothes airer
- A canyon
- A warning triangle
- A Zastava AR55
- Accommodation for hundreds of Asian workers
(Last week I was here)
AR55 ahoy! 43 mins for me, let down by poor clue prioritisation. But an enjoyable wander as usual, thank you. Happy 2024 Tim and Roman.
Child’s bike ahoy! Found in about 20 minutes
Accommodation for hundreds of Asian workers ahoy! Solved in about 30 minutes this week.
Got it in 10 minutes.
