Using the following clues (the map above is purely decorative) in combination with Street View, work out my location.
Although Roman, THC’s chief puzzlewright, would be interested to know how long it takes you to solve this solo foxer, he’d rather you didn’t put spoilers or solutions in the comments.
Today I’m roughly nine and a half kilometres from a European tripoint, and seven kilometres from a 19th Century roundhouse. In a country that has a two digit odd number for a telephone country code (the two digits add up to five) and a photo of an F/A-18 on its Wikipedia page, I’m about two miles from the nearest hospital, one hundred metres from a channeled river, and five and a half kilometres from an engineering masterpiece.
You are probably in the right place if you can see…
- A horse
- An ibex
- A slide
- A mirror
- A Sparco seat
- Lisbon
- Snow
- Sidings
- A water trough
- A timber lorry
- Barbara Janom Steiner
- The number 630
