Where am I?

Today I’m near the edge of a coastal city in Africa. Roughly three miles from a slum that shares a name with an Asian country, and eleven kilometres from some elephantine elephant appendages, I’m in a country that has three weapons on its coat of arms and no yellow or blue on its flag. The nearest railway line is just over a kilometre away and is metre-gauge. The nearest Kingdom Hall is about 500 feet away. The nearest mosque lies to the NE.
