Where am I?

Using the following clues (the map above is purely decorative) in combination with Street View, work out my location.

Although Roman, THC’s chief puzzlewright, would be interested to know how long it takes you to solve this solo foxer, he’d rather you didn’t put spoilers or solutions in the comments.

Today, you’ll find me 75 metres from a moving Ursus 255 tractor and about twelve miles from a country that has almost no Google Street View coverage. Within the EU, I’m in a small village that’s about 24 miles from a place where hundreds of thousands of people were murdered and a notable revolt took place. The nearest railway line is due east of my location and in another country. Google the number of the road I’m on, and photos of Ferraris will be prominent amongst the search results.
